Sizing, Shipping, & Returns/Exchanges

HOLIDAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Christmas Sweaters are FINAL SALE as of December 1st, 2023 and cannot be exchanged or returned. 

 

 

SHIPPING: Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped for typical orders. This does not include shipping time. Shipping time may vary depending on location and time of year, but typically shipping within the US takes about 2-5 business days, international orders may take up to 15 days. All orders ship from Denver, CO. Any differences to this will be listed either in an update on the top of this page (seasonal delays, unexpected volume increases, etc) or in each product description (preorders, backordered items, etc). When you select a shipping option, please be aware that this is the time it takes to ship AFTER printing, processing, and packaging. 

We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees, that is the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

 

MATERIALS & SIZING: Most apparel comes in standard American unisex/mens sizing unless specified otherwise. All size charts can be found here. Blank products sourced from Bangladesh, Honduras, Haiti, Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, or the US.

 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can contact us within 10 business days of delivery for instructions on how to return the item for a full refund, provided it is in identical condition to what we send. If it's been longer than 10 business days since tracking shows it's been delivered, we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate the request. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item. 

If you wish to exchange something because of sizing or preference, you will need to send the item back to us and pay for return shipping to you. If the mistake was ours we will cover all of the above costs.

We are not responsible for any delivery service's inability to deliver to the address you supply. If any item is returned to the sender, we will refund the amount of the item only. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods if tracking indicates the package was delivered, or is unable to deliver to the address you supply. Please double check the address on your order before placing it.
